Mahmoud Youness has been a great engineer; he is one of the talented engineers who have contributed to construction industry. After his graduation from Ain Shams University in 1986, he started looking forward to build last year had developed interest in building business which was gradually grown up and hence Forayed into contracting segment with start-up known as El Rasheed El Handseeya Company. Projects implemented for the government of Egypt made a lot of people know Mahmoud’s skills.

 

In 2003, Mahmoud embarked upon Qatar where he established QEC (Qatar Engineering and Contracting). His authority in more than 400 permanent employees of major projects ensures the success achieved by Doha and Khoor. The business stand built through means of Mr. Mahmoud’s dedication to quality and client satisfaction is porrupta naming his benevolent degrees
